Shipping Update & Holiday Hours
Over the holiday period, Troy Lee Designs will be operating on reduced hours, with dispatch occurring on select dates only. This means some orders may experience delays, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Warehouse Hours
Our warehouse will be open for limited hours only over the holiday period. Orders can still be placed online 24/7, however dispatch times will be affected.
Dispatch Dates
Orders will be dispatched only on the following dates:
- 22nd December
- 23rd December (orders must be placed by 9am)
- 29th December
- 30th December
Orders placed outside of these dispatch dates will be processed on the next available dispatch day. Business will resume as normal with daily dispatch on weekdays from 5th of January 2026.
Delivery Delays
Due to reduced operating hours and increased courier volumes during this period, delivery delays are expected, even after your order has been dispatched. Courier timeframes may vary and are outside of our control.
Our Customer Service team is taking a short holiday break and will be operating on reduced hours alongside our warehouse. Response times may be slower than usual, but we’ll be back to you as soon as we can. We like to be out riding bikes, too!
Need It by a Certain Date?
If you’re shopping for a gift or need your order urgently, we recommend visiting one of our local Bicycle or Moto stockists throughout NZ.
Alternatively, we sell Gift Cards which are delivered immediately via email.

All orders are dispatched as signature required. Waiving this, or using an ATL (Authority To Leave) is at your own risk; replacements will not be offered if items are stolen.

Orders are shipped via NZPost (1-4 business days delivery estimate).

Shipping Terms and Policies:
Delivery Addresses: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Troy Lee Designs NZ Store will not take any responsibility for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Estimates: All delivery estimates above are indicative in nature only, and dependent on courier services operating at a standard capacity. By placing your order with Troy Lee Designs NZ Store, you agree to not hold Troy Lee Designs NZ Store liable for any loss or damage directly associated to, or in connection with any delivery delays outside of the estimated time-frame.
Delivery Problems: Troy Lee Designs NZ does not contact courier companies on the customer's behalf. Any communication regarding delivery must be between the courier company and the customer.
Lost Items: In the instance that an item is deemed to be lost by the courier company, contact us and we will process a claim on your behalf. Please Note: Troy Lee Designs NZ will only handle courier claims in the event of lost items, excluding delayed deliveries.
Order Tracking: You will be sent an email detailing tracking information on the day that your order is processed. If you have not received this, please check your junk, or promotional folder.
Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of a promotion, orders may take longer to be processed, due to high demand.
Rural Delivery: Please allow 1-5 business days in addition to the above estimates for rural deliveries. As rural delivery time-frames are dependent on area, carrier, and servicing times, you acknowledge that The Troy Lee Designs NZ Store is not responsible for the time-frame of delivery, and cannot be held liable any deliveries outside of the provided estimates.
